TAKAPUNA BOATING CLUB. The Takapuna Boating Club will hold a race for Class Z this afternoon, starting at 2.30. The entries and handicaps are as follows: —Delphine, scr.; lolanthe, lm; Oi, 2m; Me Too, 3m; Kitty, 3m; Tio. 4m; Trcvic, 8m; Frolic, 9m. At the conclusion of tha race the first of the Corn well Cup trials will be held. Mr.T., Fortzer will be starter and judge and Mr.' 0. Brinsden timekeeper.

POSTPONEMENT OF RACES
The outboard division of the New Zealand ' Power Boat Association has postponed the handicap races which wero to have been held on the Whau River this afternoon until fivo o'clock on Tuesday evening 1 as a" mark of respect to the memory of the late Mr. Charles F. Goldsbro, who was Killed when the BormerLibelle flying-boat crashed oit' Mil ford Beach on' Thursday evening, Mr. L.oKisbro was a well-known competitor in races for outboard craft, lie took a keen interest in the sport and was a niembei ot the executive.
