FOOTBALLERS' PICNIC.
EXCURSION TO MOTUTAPU. The Auckland Rugby League held its annual picnic at Motutapu during the week-end, tho s.s. Condor conveying a largo party. Tho weather was dull and prevented surf-bathing. A large programme of races was arranged for children as well as adults. The children were particularly well catered for in tho mattei 4 of toys. The Ponsonby Boys' Band was in attendance, and played numerous selections both on the boat and at the picnic ground, '. >
