ANNIVERSARY SERVICE.
ST. DAVID'S SUNDAY SCHOOL
Special anniversary services in connection with St. David's Presbyterian Sunday school were conducted yesterday, ■Jarge congregations attending in the morning, afternoon and evening. In the morning the Rev. Lionel B. Fletcher delivered ji special message to the children in an address on "Grow in Grace." Several specially-chosen hymns were sung by Sunday school children under Mr. G. S. Baker, and a sacred solo was given by Miss Matthews.
The singing in the afternoon was led --'by the children of the Virginia Avenue branch school, under the leadership of Mr. .1 Ilinkley, while Miss R. Geddei; sang a sacred solo. The Rev. George Jackson .preached on the text. "Where Your Pleasure. Is, There Will Your Heart Be 'Also. The Rev. D. C. Herron was the pi.eacher at the evening service, taking as his text,/"Of the Residue He Maketh « God." He emphasised tho urgent call y° u "g men and women to lend their stopping the breakaway toward a!?d nmleriil l>sm. Miss Mariorie sang a solo.
