SYDNEY, Nov. 27
The New South Wales Government has now decided not to attempt to open the Rothbury colliery until the New Year. It will be opened then if the present dispute has not been settled. The negotiations for a settlement have been further postponed until Friday, at the request of the miners' representatives. Great secrecy is being preserved with regard to the progress of the negotiations.
