SWEARING-IN CEREMONY.
MR. WILFORD'S ELEVATION.
[BT TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. [} "WELLINGTON. JJonday. The Minister of Defence and Justice, Hon. T. M. Wilford, will be called to the Bar as a King's Counsel to-morrow morning in the Supreme Court at Wellington. The Chief Justice, Hon. M. Myers, will preside, and the ceremony will take place in open Court. The last, occasion on which a similar ceremony was carried out in public in Wellington was in June, 1925, when the Solicitcr-General, Mr. A. Fair, K.C., was sworn in.
