Tho Now Zealand Shipping Company's liner Rangitata on her maiden voyage to New Zealand has almost a full complement of passengers, including tho chairman of tho Union Steam Ship Company, Sir James Mills, Mr. Henry Horton, of Auckland, and Lieutenant-Colonel N. Fitzherbort, of London.

Tho now liner has excellent third-class accommodation, which is highly praised.
