MILITARY CAMPS.

NORTHERN COMMAND DAtES, STAFF REFRESHER COURSE. The whole staff of the Northern Command of the New Zealand Permanent Forces will assemble at Narrow Neck on December 1 for a refresher course, which is to extend to December 13.
