The Auckland City and Suburban Cricket Association will commence the second series of matches in its senior competition tomorrow, when three gamos will be played at the Domain. These matches were postponed last week owing to the wickets being wet. The meeting of Ponscnby and Ellorstie on tho No, Q wicket promises to provide most interest. Harbour Board, last year's champions, will play Albion on the No. 8 wicket, while there may bo a eurpriso in t,he game between Green Lane and W.Y.M.I. The latter showed promising form" in its flrßt senior match. Junior grade games wjll be continued. Following are tho teams:— GREEN LANE. The outboard division of the New Zealand Power-Boat Association will hold its .first series of races on the Whan River to-mor-row afternoon. A programme of five races has been .arranged, and large entries'have been received. The courso is an ideal one and some very close and exciting contests are anticipated, especially in the races for outboards up to 30 cubic ins. and over. A number of new boats will make their fir t appearance, while several of last year's champions will also be seen in action. The first evert will start at 2 p.m., the officials in charge of the new clock-starting arrangements being Messrs. W. D. Ross and A. M. Wilson. Very complete arrangements for the racing, patrolling the course, and other details have been made by the committee.
