At the monthly mooting of the Rcmuera District, School Committee the financial, report 011 the recent faii disclosed a credit balance of XI6Q, which, with the subsidy' /comthe. A resolution convoying thanks" to the headmaster und teaching staff was carried, it bbinj> realised by all that* the success of the juir was in a large measure due to their thorough work. The committee dobires to thank business firms and others who assisted by donations and particnlnrly the women whose help was generously given, * The committee has commenced its work of arranging the necessary improvements to the grounds, fo>: which object the fair was held.
