AFGHAN MINISTER.
KING NADIR'S BROTHER.
British Wireless. RUGBY. Nov. 20. It is officially announced that Willi Khan, brother of Nadir Khan, King of Afghanistan, has been appointed Afghan Minister in London. He is expected to arrive in England shortly. Mr. Arthur Henderson, Foreign Secretary, stated in tho House of Commons that ho hoped to announce tho name of the new British Minister to Afghanistan before long. However, owing to the necessity for extensive repairs to the British Legation buildings at Kabul, which could not be carried on in the winter, it might.not be possible for tho British representative actually to proceed to Kabul for some time.
