"You have disclosed that you are? devoid of all sense of honesty and are a fraud no honest community could continue to tolerate," said Mr. Justice Kennedy, when sentencing Kum Yoon Lee (also known as William Chan or Tong Sing Lee) on seven charges of dishonesty and six breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, to eighteen months' imprisonment and six months' reformative detention. Accused admitted previous convic tions in the North Island.
