THAMES VALLEY WATER.
STATE SUBSIDY ON LOAN* [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWX CORRESPONDENT.] THAMES, Thursday. Advice was received by the Thames County Council last evening that Cabinet had authorised a subsidy of £1 for £4 on tho Thames Valley water supply loan. The project had been held up pending a reply from the Government to the request for a subsidy. The work will ba gone on with immediately.
