TOO MANY OUT OF WORK. CANBERRA. Nov. 5. The Prime Minister, Mr. J. 11. Scullin, announces that tho Federal Cabinet intends to suggest to the British Government the suspension of tho migration clause of the £34,000,000 agreement owing to tho large number of unemployed already in Australia. Under this agreement the Commonwealth undertook to absorb one migrant for every £75 spent from that loan on developmental work ift this country.:
