The Rev. S. E'„ Wareing performed the ceremony. Ihe bride, who \ras given away by her untie, Mr. J. Russell, wore a frock of while georgette, bended in silver over sat,in. Her tulle veil was held in place a ! coronet of ora.3ge blossom. and she carried a banquet of !iiies of the valley, roses and maidenhair fern Misr, Gladys smith, a cousin, was chiei bridesmaid, End wore a floral frock of lemon georgette with berthe collar and yellow lace crinoline hat. The second bridesmaid. Miss Ema Boys, wore a frock of green floral georgette, with berthe collar and yellow lace crinoline hat. Their shower bouquets were of Iceland popp>ss and American daisies. Little Beraline Graves, niece of the bride, wore a frock of green frilled crepe de cliine with tnlle head bind, and she carried a basket of polyanthus and sweet psas. In attendance as page boy was -Hitie Ronald Bavlv. wearinsr a white satin tunic. Mr. A. ' Wood, of Hamilton was test man, and Mr. L. G. Be-nn. of Auckland, was groomsman. At tue reception h»ld in the Central Tearooms, the hostess. Mrs. J. Russell, received the guests in a f:jock of navv satin beautc, wiili cai, to match. WILLIAMS —W ALTER. The Avondale Baptist Church uie sc-ene of the -wedding on Wednesday aiternoon of Miss Marjone Walter second daughter of Mr. srad Mrs. G ; A3, of Avondale, and Mr. Harold W dhams otilv son of Mr. and Mrs. ' ° Wolseley Road, Avondale. The Lev. Enowles Kerapton officiated at the service and the Wedding March was p.ayed bv Mrs L. Handy. The bride's sister, Dons was bridesmaid, tead wore a frock of deep p nk georgette ovtir silk, with frilled skirt and large crkiolme picture hat.
