LAYING FOUNDATION-STONE.

Arrangements are being made for the foundation stone of the Auckland railway station to be laid next month, and an endeavour will be madp to have the ceremony performed by tho Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward. The date has yet to be fixed..
