SPEED NOT EXCESSIVE.

Commenting 011 the complaints that the speed of the West Coast express on Saturday was excessive, railway officials say the allegations are not warranted. The actual running schedule* of the train has been examined, and i 1: has been found that the train made up ten minutes in a run of 108 minutes.
"All passengers were interviewed, and 75 per cent, said they did not notice any difference. Tho matter will bo further looked into by the department," added ono official.
