NEW ZEALAND VERSE.
Messrs. .T.- M. Dent will publish early next year an Anthology ol New Zealand Verso. The anthology, -which has been edited by Quentin Pope. will include 57 contemporary New Zealand verse writers and will be the, first, anthology of modem New Zealand poetry. It will bo followed almost immediately bv Mr. Pope's " Theatre." a. stmiv of tho stago in America, England and on the Continent. Mr. Pope, who has recently completed his first novel, is now collaborating with Mr. J. W. Hunter in a study of modern architectural design, Mr. Hunt or, a young Auckland architect, is now practicing in New York. Ho designed much of the interior of tho Stato Theatre, Sydney's now. million-pound building.
