BETWEEN TWO TRAINS.

CHILD'S MISADVENTURE

A five-year-old English girl, Olga liitchie, had a miraculous escape from#death while reluming from a day's outing at Redcar with her father and two young brothers. When the train was approaching Darlington, the door flew open, and she fell on to the line as another train was passing in the opposite direction. The girl's father was horrified to pee her standing between the two moving trains, but, by some marvellous chance, she was unhurt, except for a bruise on her knee. The passengers were amazed to see her brought back without a tear, and still clutching the ball she had played with on the sands. She was not a bit perturbed, and repeatedly told her father " not to worry."
