ARRANGEMENTS IN HAND. (Received September If. <5.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Sept. 17. King George has mado such excellent progress toward complete recovery that preparations aro being mado for a day's shooting for him at Sandringham provided that tho weather continues to remain fair.

Shooting and yachting aro tho King's favourito pastimes. Last year ho was not able to sail his cutter Britannia at tho Cowes Regatta. It was considered most unlikely when His Majesty left Bognor that ho would he able to go out with tho guns this autumn.
