DISCOVERY ON MOERAKI.
FIVE DAYS IN SHIP'S BOAT.
SYDNEY, Sept. 17. On the arrival of tho Moeraki in Sydney from tho Fijian group, customs ofliccrs found threo Chinese in a lifeboat, whoro they had been cooped up for five days with scanty rations. Tho Chinese were in a very, emaciated condition, after the voyage of 1700 miles, and tho boat was indescribably filthy. Thry will be deported by the first available steamer.
