MAN AND GIRL DEAD.
POISONING IN AUSTRALIA.
MURDER AND SUICIDE.

SYDNEY, Sept. 16.
A poisoning case is 'reported from Parkes, a mining township 268 miles west of Sydney. May Harrison, aged 18, employed at a hotel, was found io the Btaff'B quarters in a critical condition. Frederick Whito, another employee, was also found suffering from the effects of poison. Both subsequently died. White, prior to his death, confessed that ho had given poison to the girl and taken some himself. He said Miss ' Harrison had disappointed him about their marriage.
