Sung, delivered a communication to tho Federal Ministry recently asking for more favoured treatment for Chinese residents in Australia, Among tho requests which, it is understood, Mr. Sung made, was a concession iu the regulations relating to the bringing into Australia of tho wives of Chinese residents.
