DANGEROUS DRIVING CASE. " You have got to remember that there are other people entitled to use the King's highway, and to use it with reasonable enjoyment," said Mr.- I<\ H. Levien, S.M., in the Onehunga Police Court yesterday morning, in fining Sidney Raymond August £3 for dangerous driving, and 10s for having no silencer on his motor-cycle. Sergeant Cruickshank said accused had been warned previously. " This young man is making a regular nuisance of him* self," witness continued. Constable Hinton said ho- saw accused riding at between 40 and 60 miles an hour in Queen Street, Onehunga. _ The noise of the motor-cycle was offensive. Tho magistrate warned accused that if he appeared again he would be prohibited from riding a motor-cycle.
