A true bill was returned by the grand jury to-day in tho caso in which Moss Wylio, a student, was charged with negligently or recklessly driving a. motor-car, theroby causing tho death of Magnus Laing. His Honor, Mr. Justice Kennedy, in addressing the grand jury, said if if wero found that a motorist travelling along a straight road at dusk with his lights on ran down a cyclist going in the same direction, without knowing until the tirno of impact that tho cyclist there, they should have no difficulty in deciding that tho motorist was not keeping a proper look-out, or that he was driving go fast as to make that precaution unavailing.
