ATTACK BY STRIKERS.
CLASH WITH SYDNEY POLICE. , (Received August 23, G. 33 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 25. A demonstration by strikers against Volunteer timber workers at Hudson s mills. Glebe, led to a wild affray, in which the police had to draw their batons. Six persons were arrested, including. two women.
