EPSOM PRESBYTERIANS.
PRESENTATIONS MADE. A social gathering was held in tha Epsom Presbyterian Church Hall, when presentations were made to Mr. c. J. Harbutt. The Rev. W. McDonald, minister of the church, presided. The Rev. W. D. Morrison Sutherland, moderator of the Auckland Presbytery, presented Mr. Harbutt with the General Assembly's long-service diploma, Mr. Harbutt having been for 40 years a Sunday school teacher and for 12 years superintendent of the Epsom Sunday School. Tho congregation', Bible' classes and Sunday school preseuted Mr. * Harbutt with a silver casket, suitably inscribed. Mr. S. B. Bull spoke on behalf of tho Sunday school, Miss Watts on behalf of tho Bible classes, Mr. A. J. Stchr lor. the session and Mr. Furneil for the parents. Mr. Harbutt suitably acknowledged tho gifts
