AGAIN A CREDITOR NATION. PRE-WAR STATUS REGAINED. Australian Press Association—United Service VANCOUVER. Aus. 21. Mr, Winston Churchill, ex-Chancellor of (he Exchequer in Britain, addressed the members of the Canadian Club at Region, Saskatchewan, on the financial situation of Britain.
Mr. Churchill said (he Mother Country had regained her status as a creditor nation, and the £4,000,000,000 of foreign investments which Britain had at the outset of the war were exceeded. To-day Britain was the world's greatest creditor nation.
