WEEK'S REFRESHER COURSE. GATHERING AT CAMBRIDGE. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] CAMBRIDGE. Thursday. Thirty-five senior officers of the Northern Military Command arrived at Cambridge to-day and will take part in a refresher course extending over a week. This morning the staff officers inspected different parts of the district for the purpose of mapping out plans for theoretical manoeuvres. Lieutenant-Colonel J. E. Duigun is in charge.
