HOCKEY PLAYERS' DANCE.

VISITORS ENTERTAINED.

A complimentary dance was tendered to (lie visiting Australian hockey team by tho committee of the combined Ladies' and Men's Auckland Hockey Associations in the Click Clack Cabaret last evening. Added to tho artistic decorations of the cabaret were festoons of streamers in green and gold, the Australian team's colours, which were looped round the walls above the cubicles, and in the lounge downstairs tho tables were brightened with bowls of snowdrops. The latdst fox trot numbers were played by Clyde Howley's Famous Internalionuls, tho evening passing very enjoyably.
