The king- and queen of Iceland felt that something ought to be done to keep themselves and tneir subjects from freezing. Ono day news came to them of electric heaters, so they bought threo to try in their beautiful ice-palace. The radiators were sent while their majesties were out, but the servants turned them on to warm the palace beforo their master and mistress returned. When tho king and queen came home, what do you think they found T—a lake instead of their beautiful wliito home!
