appreciation of policy.
A resolution of appreciation of the provision in the Budget for assisting settlers on tho land was passed at a meeting of the New Zealand Land Settlement and Development League yesterday, Mr. W. J. Holdsworth presiding. The importance of having a Dominion Settlement and Migration Board in conjunction with local advisory committees was emphasised in tho resolution.
