QUESTION OF PREFERENCES. CANBKUKA, July 10. Federal Ministers say they bolievo no attempt will be made to abolish Empire preference until after the Imperial Conference next year. The Premier of Queensland, Mr. A. E. Moore, has received a cablegram staling that tho preferential duty on sugar will at least remain until after tho Imperial Conference.
