Peanut Butter.—Roast the peanuts, remove tho skins and then put the nuts through a mincer tivo or six times, six times being better. Uso tho finest cutter, and add salt to taste. Peanut Bread.—Ono quarter pound of brown sugar, 2 cups self-raising flour, 1 egg, jib. peanuts, a little milk to mix. Put into two tins and bako for threequarters of an hour in a fairly hot oven.
