TROTZKY DEBARRED.
NO VISIT TO BRITAIN. British Wireless. RUGBY, July 11. In the House of Commons the Home Secretary, Mr. J. R. Clynes, said the Government had carefully considered the circumstances of tho case and had decided against granting permission to Trotzky to visit Britain.
