BEAUTY FOR THE BACK.
WHAT TO DO. There is a great deal for us to consider about our backs. Tho first thing is: What is our back view like ? Arc wo scrupulously tidy'! What about tho back view of our hats, our hair, or our clothes and our shoes ': Somo women look over so well in front and their back view is deplorable. Girls are usually far more particular than elderly women. Somo elderly women do not even seem to notice bits of hair straggling from under their hats, jumpers not pulled down, shoes that have worn to one side and gloves that aro soiled and rubbed.
Can you strengthen your back if it is weak'! , You can certainly strengthen it in somo degree. Salt baths, rest, massage are all good; spinal exercises and rest are perhaps best of all.
