The 11:■ 11 had been beautifully decorated l\v guides of the company, and the siippcr room by the committee lathes. During the evening the guides gave a very line exhibition of fancy inarching, alsu a camp lire lighting ceremony, and a play entitled ' Doris in I'adgeland." Solo items were given hy Mrs. linker. Miss ilaydoii, Mis.s Scott, and (Juidcs Sylvia Smith. Iv'ene Ceddos, Naney Searle, Dorothy So;.He and Connie Sadler. A dunce arranged by the captain earned much merriment, the following guide. l , taking pail: Helen Dicki.ion, Clara Turner. Ila /.el Clarke, Voilla lieilly, Kbrrie Shileock and Captain llaisher Mrs. MeXaiv, commissioner for Kpsom, was present, and during the evening presented to the first company the Molly Wat-on .Memorial (.'tip to the Kid liose l'atrol for the best, all-round guiding for the pa.-t six months. In the second company the cap presented by Mrs. Sadler for the best allronnd patrol was handed to the Thrush Pal rol.
Mis. Frycr-Uaisher, who has dune much for the company, was presented v.nti a bouquet I'V Conniu Sadler, and llii/.i'l Clarke. en l.olialf of llio first company,' presented a pair of cut class vases. On behalf of the Hrownirs, l!rown Owl MeCulluuuh presented a picture Bouquets were also presented to tlio .cuplain, who will long lie remembeied Amirl cheers Miss Uaisber responded, and thanking all for their beautiful gifts, said that I><•!Ii her tiier and self would never forget, the very happy times they had had with the company, '('he committee ladies had Keen a wonderful assistance, always being ready to give a hand. Miss linisher wished the company every success under their new captain. Miss llavdon, who was well-known to all the guides, having been captain of the second company.
