ATTEMPT AT DICTATORSHIP,
RAID LEADS TO FAILURE

A plot to kidnap the leaders of the Ilumanian Parliament and to seize the Government offices with the object of replacing the boy King, Michael, with a military dictatorship in the interests of ex-Crown Prince Carol, have been frustrated.
As the result, of a dramatic raid yesterday at the ringleaders' headquarters in Bucharest and other towns 200 rebel officers were ai rested.
