CHILDREN'S PARTY.
Mrs. H. F. Davis was hostess at a party given to celebrate the birthday of hci daughter, little* Joy Marmont. The afternoon was spent in games and competitions, tho prizes being won by Flo Edwards, Joyce Edwards. El ma Thorpe, and Foggy Davies. In the oven ing an entertainment was given and paper hats and novelties were distributed, 'taking part in tho concert were: —I'lo Edwards, Joy Marmont, who gavo toe dances; Flo Edwards, ballet dance; stop dance, Joy Marmont; recitations, Elma Thorpe, Lorna Radford, Joyce Edwards, Phyllis Marmont, Flo Edwards, Tilly Bowering; songs, Tilly Bowering, Betty Kearney, Joyce Edwards; piano solos, Elma Thorpe-and Olwyn Speed. Thore were present: —Misses Jov Marmont, Ellico Drinnan,' Elnrn Thorpe. Olwyn Speed, Elsie Spooner, Tilly Bowering, Madge Dennesa, Hazel Denness, Muriel Schnieder. Flo Edwards, Lorna Radford, Joyce Edwards, Peggy Davies, Betty Davies, Molly Marmont, Betty Kearney, Edna Drinnan, Phyllis Marmont.
