PREFERENCE TO UNIONISTS. ABOLITION IN VICTORIA. (Received Juno 2, 5.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, June 2. Mr. F. Groves, Victorian Minister of Railways, announces tho abolition of preference to unionists in the Public Service, including tho Railways Department. Ho has instructed that tho periodical compulsory showing of union tickets on certain pay days shall bo abolished.
