Favourable comment on a recently-pub-lished book, "Christian Comradeship," by an Auckland minister, tho Rev. R. H. Hobday, is made in the Church Times, of London, which states"These studies suggest a searching criticism of our conventional standards, both corporate and individual. Tlioy are decidedly above the average." Mr. Hobday is the vicar of St. Columbia's Church, Grey Lynn. He is assistant lecturer in Greek at tho Auckland University College, and took his degree as Master of Arts at Cambridge, and that of Bachelor of Divinity at Melbourne i University.
