CHILDREN IN INDIA. FATAL, RIOTS IN BOMBAY. ■ " ' I CALCUTTA. May 16. ? Allegations that children are being kidnapped and sacrificed has caused a scare at Jamshedpur, where there is a strike of tinplate workers, who are engager! in building a bridge on .the Bengal-Nagpur railway. Already there have been several assaults and a union volunteer was murdered while doing picket work. , A reign of terror in Bombay following on a, kidnapping scare recently led to wholesale riots in which many were killed or injured.
