BALDWIN TO BROADCAST. Australian and N.Z Press Association. (Received May 22, 5.45 p.m.) LONDON, May 22 The Empire Day speech of the Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, which will be broadcast on May 24, will be begun at 6.30 p.m. British summer-time, or 5 a.m. on May 25 New Zealand time.
