MASTER BUILDERS' ACTION. FREE LABOUR IN PROSPECT. (Received May 15. 9.15 p.m.) MELBOURNE. May 15. The Master Builders' Association has ta'ken a definite stand as regards the employment of free labour on building works. It has decided to apply to the Arbitration Court for the suspension of the awards of the builders' labourers and carpenters and joiners. The civic authorities, acting under instructions from the police, have banned further strikers' demonstrations in the streets of the city, also parades of unemployed.
