TWO TO GO TO ENGLAND. SPECIAL REFRESHER COURSE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] INVERCARGILL, Wednesday. The Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward, states that Major Wilkes, New Zealand Director of Air Services, leaves shortly for England to be attached to the Air Ministry. Captain Findlay, of the Sockburn aerodrome, also leaves for England shortly for one year's refresher course in the Air Ministry.
