A Hamilton stockdfcsver, Frank Grundberg, aged 48, pleaded guilty in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day to a charge of being found drunk while in charge of a horso in Kent Street, Frankton Junction, on Saturday, DetectiveSergeant Thompson said accused, who was well-known in the district, was found lying across the saddle of his liorse in a drunken condition. Accused had nothing to say and was fined £l, in default 48 hours' imprisonment.
