BULLET WOUND IN HEAD.

[BY TELEGRAFH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] GISBORNE, Sunday.

The body of Fred Home, aged 58, was found in a bedroom in a boarding house this morning with a wound from a pea rifle bullet in the head.

Tho deceased man was formerly employed 011 the Public Works Department staff in Poverty Bay, but ho had been out of work for a few weeks. He was born in England and had been in New Zealand for about six years. His relatives are not known.
