Tho first Rugby match of the season took place this afternoon, when the Te Awaniutu and Cambridge Manchester Unity Oddfellows' representatives met in an annual match at tho Leamington Domain, tho game resulted in a win for Cambridge by 9 points to 8. For Cambridge HoQinson and N. Morse scored tries and B. liall kicked ft penalty goal V' <S^, D 'i scored for To Awamutu and Bell converted one try. After the match a dinner and a danco" were held.
