Fines of £lO each wero imposed in t.he Police Court yesterday on JJoiliv Gotli;:rd Monrod, aged 56, farmer, and Ada Warner, aged 53, who pleaded guilty to a charge of committing an indecent act in Cleave Avenue. Application for suppression of Monrod's name was refused. "Men who arc disorderly in tramears and cause a nuisance to women and children deserve to be punished," said Mr. F. K. Hunt, H.M., in fining Sidney Fugal on a charge of behaving in a disorderly manner in a tramcar. Charged witli smoking in the non-smoking compartment of a tramcar Wilfred Herbert Wilson and Fugal were each fined 10s
