EXCAVATIONS IN SYDNEY.

SYDNEY; April 11

Labourers engaged in excavating an underground railway station site beneath the Town Hall, Sydney, have found nine cedar coffins in tho past week.

One was filled with bricks a.nd-a second contained the remnants of a dress suit. Tho others contained fine dust.

The presence of the coffins is a mystery.
