TROUBLE OVER A LEVY.

SYDNEY, April 11
The New South Wales Labour caucus has decided to defy the Australian Labour Tarty on the question of the'levy of one half per cent, on the salaries of Labour members of Parliament. This was imposed recently by the Labour Party to aid its fighting funds.
